The Opportunity:

Reporting to the DirectorofPremium Administration,this position owns the Premium Audit functionend-to-end, leadscross functionalinitiatives, and delivers the reporting and analytics infrastructurerequiredfordata drivendecision-making. The Associate Director translates strategic direction into operational outcomes, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across audit, projects, and reporting.

What you will do:

Own the Premium Audit function endtoend, including audit standards,methodology, scheduling, and quality control.

Ensure audit accuracy, compliance, andtimelyresolution of complex audit disputes.

Establish andmaintainescalation criteria for audit findings and outcomes.

Lead crossfunctional stakeholder engagement and proactively escalate risks and dependenciestoidentifyaudit defects faster and

Drive automation opportunities toincrease audit capabilities, flagvariancesand create guardrails for premiumapplicationand reconciliation.

Develop premium calculation tools toassistwith client education and partner with L&D to enhance training programs for internal partners

What you will bring with you:

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and delivering measurable demonstrated business outcomes
  • Proficient in enterprise systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools; strong understanding of insurance products, premium lifecycles, and related accounting impacts
  • Highly effective communicator and people leader with a proven ability to build trust, develop and coach teams, translate complex financial and operational concepts, and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Capable of independently leading initiatives and directing staff in alignment with role scope

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business. We are dedicated to creating a work environment where everyone is rewarded for their contributions. Salary Range: $84,200 - $126,300
