As Associate Director, Patient Services, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to transform the lives of patients living with severe autoimmune diseases. You will lead the delivery of an integrated and personalized patient experience, driving meaningful outcomes across diagnosis, treatment initiation, treatment fulfillment, adherence, and disease management.

Reporting to the Director, Patient Services, you will lead the day-to-day management of theMyPATH® Patient Support Program, ensuring operational excellence, program sustainability, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to deliver a best-in-class experience for patients and healthcare providers while supporting the organization's strategicobjectives.

Major Accountabilities:

Patient Support Program Management:

  • Contributes to the development ofpatientprogram strategy that supports patient access toVyvgart in Neurology.

  • Leads the execution of strategic imperatives through annual operating plan (goals andobjectives) with the delivery of tactical initiatives that align withVyvgartpatient journey through theMyPATHpatient support program (PSP).

  • Provide daily program oversight and act as the key point of contact for PSP provider and program vendor management staff.

  • Leads the planning and execution of vendor-led projects and strategic initiatives, ensuringtimelydelivery and measurable outcomes.

  • Identifyand propose innovative and/or digital initiatives to improve program efficiency and patient experience.

  • Attends relevant industry forums and shares insights on evolving patient support, reimbursement, and market access trends

Collaboration and Partnerships:

  • Partners with Marketing to develop program tools and initiatives that communicateMyPATH services to patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Develops andmaintainsstrategic partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, PSP Operations, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

  • Builds productive and collaborative relationships with key external stakeholders, including advertising agencies, PSP vendors, and EMR support partners.

  • Supports PSP education and provides guidance to internal stakeholders on patient services strategy and operations.

  • Supports the Director, Patient Services in the planning and execution of PSP Vendor Collaboration Meetings, both virtual and in-person, throughout the year.

Data Analysis:

  • Leverages patient support program data to drive strategic decision-making,optimizeoperational performance,identifymeaningful insights, and improve patient outcomes.

  • Enhancesvendor data reporting through the development and optimization of dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.

Operational and Compliance:

  • Leads and manages PSP contracts, including MSAs and SOWs, from development through purchase order issuance and execution.

  • Partners with the Director of Finance to manage budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting, whilemonitoringvariances and escalating significant risks asappropriate.

  • Creates and manages purchase orders for relevant programs and vendors whileidentifyingopportunities to improve operational efficiency through process and digital innovation.

  • Supports internal and external audit activities and ensures audit readiness.

  • Develops andmaintainsPSP governance and operating guidance documents.

  • Drives operational efficiency and cost optimization through continuous improvement of PSP processes, SOPs, and vendor management practices.

  • Ensures compliance withargenxpolicies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements whilemaintainingthe highest professional standards.

Key Deliverables:

  • Delivers tactical plans on time and within budget to maximize patient value and achieve financial and non-financial businessobjectives.

  • Executes digital strategy initiatives and business transformation programs that enhance patient and stakeholder experiences.

  • Establishesandmaintainsstrong, strategic relationships with Commercial and Key Account Management teams.

  • Manages agency partners and vendors with integrity, accountability, and a focus on performance.

  • Partners effectively with the Director of Patient Services to achieve departmental and organizationalobjectives.

  • Develops andmaintainscollaborative cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

MBiotech, MBDC, Other related programs

Experience:

  • Preferred 7-10 years of relevant biopharmaceutical, specialty pharmaceutical, healthcare, patient services, market access, reimbursement, or related industry experience

  • Preferred +5 years of Patient Support Program (PSP),patient services, marketing, market access, reimbursement, or patient access experience, including responsibility for program operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex patient support initiatives and driving operational excellence across the patient journey.

  • Understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment, thecustomersand internal operations

  • Managing patient-related projects and programs and/or related experience

  • Bilingual (French / English) is an asset

  • Approachable, team-player, minimum supervisionrequired, proactive

  • Remote position (can be based in Canada) with the ability to travel (20%)
