We are seeking an OhioRISE Associate Director for Region H!Southeastern, OHPickaway, Fayette, Highland, Pike, Ross, Vinton, Hocking, Athens, Meigs, Gallia, and Jackson Counties
The Associate Director oversees the overall performance of OhioRISE care coordination in the assigned catchment area. The Associate Director supports Care Coordination Managers in all operational, administrative, and clinical functions. This role actively promotes the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions.
The pay range for this position is $97,500.00 - $107,500.00 annually based on experience.Essential Functions:- Provides the necessary infrastructure and procedural support to implement the OhioRISE Care Management Entity Program and Wraparound Care Coordination Service for the assigned Catchment Area
- Responsible for care coordination, delivery outcomes, fidelity compliance, financial sustainability, growth, and driving initiatives to meet or exceed budgeted financial expectations
- Supervises Care Managers providing support, developmental opportunities, and ongoing coaching
- Communicates clearly and effectively the organizational and programmatic goals to their respective teams and successfully implements goals within their catchment area
- Oversees the community and stakeholder engagement strategy for the assigned catchment area
- Successfully coordinates and collaborates with all levels of CME leadership, Aetna, ODM, cross-agency personnel, and stakeholders
- Addresses barriers to the implementation and engagement of the OhioRISE Program and Wraparound philosophy at the model, community, and systemic levels
- Adapts to evolving needs and manages ambiguity
- Provides a key role in prioritizing, monitoring, and assuring adherence to quality improvement initiatives within the wraparound program
- Co-leads CME Quality Improvement Plan alongside CME Managing Director, integrating findings from ongoing data collected and program evaluation
- Leads planning for ongoing OhioRISE-specific trainings for quality improvement.
- Models and encourages professional behaviors, honesty, integrity, and authenticity, which reinforces culture and instills trust
- Travels as needed to assist with duties and the achievement of goals
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:- Five years of progressive experience in a leadership role is required, and overseeing multisite experience is highly desired
- Working knowledge of Medicaid regulations and procedures, licensing and certification requirements, and other state and federal regulations relating to the healthcare industry
- Two years' experience managing large budgets/projects and providing operational forecasting for financial modeling
- A bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, or another related field is required. A master's degree is preferred in the above-related fields.
- LSW/ LPC preferred
- Valid driver's License required
