What We Are Looking For

The Associate Director of Strategic Communications & Executive Operations provides high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Resource Development and Brand Engagement executive offices. This role serves as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating projects and meetings, preparing executive-level materials, and ensuring key initiatives move forward with organization, accuracy, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, presentation, and visual storytelling skills are also important to the role.

All applicants must be eligible to work un the US on a full time basis.

What Will You Do
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Resource Development and Brand Engagement executive offices.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up.
• Track priorities, action items, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify ways to improve organization and workflow.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external constituents on behalf of executive leadership.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Support projects and initiatives from concept through completion.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to gather information, align priorities, and maintain
timelines.
• Maintain organized project files, task lists, and documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Organize and synthesize information to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare reports, summaries, briefing documents, talking points, and presentations.
• Create polished presentations and pitch decks for leadership, donors, partners, and other
stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling materials.
• Ensure communications and materials reflect organizational priorities, messaging, and brand
standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
