The salary range for this position is $146,000- $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Work with Operations management in establishing and measuring operating and capital budgets for the operation in a manner to enable the operation to maintain a competitive position in the industry.
- Lead and develop each plant processing area to ensure plant metrics are met.
- Work with all support departments to ensure each facet of the organization is working together for associate engagement and meet company goals.
- Provide feedback and guidance to the processing team in developing solutions for improving processes, maintaining processing environment, and innovative problem solving.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and promote a community image of the Company as the preferred place to work.
- Ensure that product quality, service, and reliability meet or exceed our customers' expectations.
Minimum Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience in Business or Ag-Business
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of budget development and administration, report analysis, USDA and employment law.
- Broad integrated knowledge of live production and plant operations.
- Ability to travel to remote facilities and/or offices for meetings up to 25% of the time.
- Must be willing to relocate, if applicable.
Preferred Education and Experience- Poultry husbandry knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude a plus.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
When in a plant environment:
- Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May handle products from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db.
- May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, and processing facility.
- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.#LI-AF1
