  • Lead and manage the Growth Data and Research teams effectively.
  • Ensure accurate management of data, gift entry, and mail list operations.
  • Support various organizational growth priorities through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders and service partners for alignment on growth initiatives.

Full Job Description
The Associate Director of Growth, Data, & Research owns reporting, analytics, data governance, and data communications for fundraising, customer engagement, volunteerism, and other growth functions. The position provides strategic data and research support for fundraising, outreach, sales, volunteer engagement, and service-line operations. This role translates complex data into clear insights that help the Growth team, executive leaders, finance and accounting, and Lines of Service partners make informed decisions and advance shared organizational growth priorities. This role leads the Growth Data and Research teams, ensuring accurate data management, gift entry and accounting, and mail list management.

This role will be paid between $86,000-$96,000.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in development, fundraising operations, data management, sales support, outreach analytics, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of database management or research experience required; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
  • Experience leading teams, developing staff, managing priorities, and improving data operations required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate clear, actionable findings through reports, dashboards, segmentation, queries, exports, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work with Development, Growth, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Communications, Lines of Service, and statewide leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, diplomacy, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity across varied stakeholder needs required.
