Position Overview
The Associate Director, MarketingComplianceis responsible for overseeing compliance activities related to marketing and sales operations, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and governance for sales agencies and marketing partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational marketing requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to marketing and sales activities.
- Lead compliance monitoring efforts designed to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance
- Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements
- 2+ yearsof peopleleadership or management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Juris Doctor (JD), or other advanced graduatedegree.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, or highly regulated industries.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$138,900 - $191,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
