  • Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, investment banks, and capital markets advisors.
  • Develop and manage the investor engagement calendar, including healthcare conferences, scientific congresses, non-deal roadshows, investor days, and targeted management meetings.
  • Prepare senior executives for investor meetings with briefing materials, investor profiles, anticipated questions, talking points, and Q&A support.
  • Lead development of the investment narrative and prepare investor-facing materials, including corporate decks, earnings materials, R&D Day presentations, public presentations, executive briefings, investor FAQs, and the quarterly Q&A book.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications on press releases and other public disclosures relevant to investors, ensuring messaging is consistent, accurate, and appropriate for investors and capital markets stakeholders.
  • Maintain data and provide management insights on shareholder composition, ownership changes, investor targeting activity, investor sentiment, analyst commentary, peer-company valuation, and broader market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or broader life sciences. Experience in hematology, oncology, immunology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with, or substantial experience interacting with, healthcare-focused institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and investment banks strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting earnings preparation, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, analyst meetings, R&D Days, or other major investor events.
  • Bachelor's degree required. An advanced degree such as an MBA, PhD, MD, PharmD, or master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
