KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Integrated Growth Planning to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual Firm Growth Strategy planning process and approach, aligned to Firm business planning calendar; collaborate with the Growth Strategists on the inputs needed from each area to enable the aggregation of the Firm Growth Strategy priorities that can be reviewed and aligned across the organization; coordinate closely with other Firm colleagues to align processes with this calendar (for example, Insights and Intelligence inputs, Finance & Accounting, and more)
- Collaborate with LOB (line of business), function and channel growth strategy colleagues to align plans - during the planning process and throughout the year as pivots are made - identifying and escalating conflicts and synergies to inform overall Firm Growth Strategy priorities
- Develop clear, AI-informed strategic inputs to the Buyer Marketing team for inclusion in their marketing strategy and plans - derived from the aggregated Firm Growth Strategy priorities; coordinate with the Buyer Marketing team to align marketing budget allocations to priorities and ensure ongoing alignment
- Support the Growth Strategist Leader in developing executive level briefings and presentations on the Firm Growth Strategy priorities to drive ongoing alignment across Firm leadership
- Familiarity with CRM and other internal data sources to monitor and validate where growth is coming from and ensure that the executed marketing strategies are aligned with the actual pipeline reality, providing feedback to the growth strategy team
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in go to market strategy, corporate strategy, business development, or strategic marketing, ideally with some expertise in the assigned technology, media and telecommunications sector
- MBA from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accredited university in business, strategy, economics, or a related field is required
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI-driven modeling, BI tools, and CRM data
- Experience in go-to-market strategy development and quantitative market analysis
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders and partners
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex market data into strategic marketing inputs
