Job Description

The Associate Director, Global Oncology Precision Medicine Brand Execution is responsible for translating the Global Precision Medicine Brand Strategy into high-impact tactical plans, and content, - across inline brands, pipeline assets, and emerging technologies with measurable execution.

The Associate Director operationalizes approved priorities through integrated tactical plans, agency briefs, review-board timelines, content roadmaps, customer journeys, and performance dashboards. This role has a dotted-line working relationship to the Director, Precision Medicine Brand Strategy to ensure strategic priorities, messaging, content plans, execution governance, and performance optimization are aligned.

The Associate Director acts as the execution connector across Precision Medicine Leads, Disease Teams, New Asset teams, Medical Affairs, Digital, Analytics, Regional Diagnostic Leads, Communications, agency partners, and review boards to ensure customer engagement is coordinated, scalable, measurable, and aligned to the broader Global Precision Medicine Brand Strategy.

Operating Model / Role Connectivity

The Associate Director, Precision Medicine Brand Execution has a dotted-line working relationship to the Director, Precision Medicine Brand Strategy for purposes of translating the approved strategy into tactical plans, , content development, review-board execution, market engagement, agency delivery, and performance optimization.

The Director, Precision Medicine Brand Strategy is accountable for defining the Global Precision Medicine Brand Strategy, strategic priorities, messaging architecture, annual planning, portfolio-level positioning, investment priorities, and leadership alignment.

Together, the roles form an integrated strategy-to-execution model: the Director sets strategic direction, defines priorities, aligns stakeholders, and ensures consistency with the Precision Medicine CoE roadmap; the Associate Director operationalizes the strategy through, content delivery, metrics, and scalable execution frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Medicine Brand Strategy Tactical Planning and Execution

  • Partner with the Director, Precision Medicine Brand Strategy, Precision Medicine Leads, and Global Disease Teams to translate strategy and customer engagement objectives into executable tactics.

  • Develop integrated tactical plans, content calendars, agency briefs, review-board timelines, and execution milestones for the PM brand plan

  • Lead day-to-day content planning, development, and approval readiness in collaboration with PRT/review boards and in alignment with the Content Accelerator model

  • Lead tactical congress execution, including exhibit planning, content pull-through, agency coordination, booth/resource development, timeline management, PRT submissions, and post-congress performance assessment.

  • Manage day-to-day agency execution, budget pacing, timeline tracking, and delivery of approved scopes of work; escalate prioritization or investment trade-off decisions to the Director.

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Research, Asset and Disease teams, and Communications to ensure brand strategy plans reinforce scientific narratives, diagnostic education, and portfolio positioning.

  • Apply emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve targeting, personalization, content selection, and channel prioritization.

  • Define KPIs and maintain dashboards/performance reporting to guide optimization, investment decisions, and future planning with the Director.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor99s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5 97 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing.

  • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, and customer journey design.

  • Strong experience partnering with analytics, data, and digital teams to inform strategy and execution.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Precision Medicine, diagnostics, oncology, or biomarker-driven portfolios.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing use cases, personalization frameworks, and experimentation models.

  • Experience developing scalable frameworks, toolkits, or operating models that drive consistent execution.

  • Comfort bridging strategy and execution, with a bias toward action and measurable impact.

The salary range for this role is

$156,900.00 - $247,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee99s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
