The Associate Director, Global Marketing Planning & Activation is responsible for translating this ambition into clear, structured, and executable global and regional marketing plans-and ensuring those plans are effectively activated across all channels.

This role leads the global marketing planning and activation function, overseeing regional marketing teams, Training & Custom Integration GTM, and activation support of partnerships, collaborations, and events.

It ensures that all marketing initiatives are prioritized, coordinated, and delivered across both consumer and customer audiences, while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality activation globally.

Roles & Responsibilities

Global Marketing Planning & Prioritization
- Develop and manage a unified global activation roadmap across consumer and customer audiences
- Translate brand strategy into clear annual and in-year marketing plans
- Prioritize initiatives across retail marketing, channel expansion, training, partnerships, and integrations

Regional Marketing, Training & GTM Leadership
- Lead Regional Marketing teams (EMEA, APAC, North America)
- Oversee Training & Custom Integration GTM team to align enablement with marketing priorities
- Ensure consistency in execution and alignment across regions and functions

Activation Frameworks & Program Orchestration
- Establish global frameworks, playbooks, and briefing processes
- Oversee rollout of campaigns, retail activations, demos, training programs, and assets
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all programs

Consumer & Customer Audience Activation
- Drive engagement with luxury consumers, design advisors, audiophiles, and aspirational buyers
- Enable dealers and distributors with tools, training, and assets to convert demand
- Align audience strategy with regional execution and partner capabilities

Activation Operations
- Manage global and regional activation calendars and budgets
- Ensure coordinated and timely delivery of programs

Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track KPIs across demand, engagement, training, and partner performance
- Consolidate insights to inform planning and optimization

Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, activation, or commercial planning
- Experience leading regional marketing teams and cross-functional programs
- Strong understanding of consumer and dealer/distributor ecosystems
- Experience with training programs, partnerships, and events
- Ability to build scalable frameworks and processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
