**This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins' major facilities. **

What YOU will do:
  • Lead the global strategy, implementation, and sustainment of Collins Aerospace Time & Attendance and labor-management systems, including AutoTime, FIT/WIN, CATS, and Process Systems and Transformation.
  • Serve as Service Manager for all U.S. and international legacy labor systems, overseeing enhancements, projects, break/fix, and long-term modernization.
  • Manage operational escalations related to outages, firewalls, infrastructure, integrations, and cross-system dependencies.
  • Own team capacity planning and resource balancing across projects, sustainment, and enhancement portfolios.
  • Lead Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor relationships, and indirect procurement for contractors and third-party partners.
  • Act as Collins Aerospace point of contact for Payroll Modernization, including payroll and benefits harmonization initiatives.
  • Partner with enterprise architects to support architecture decisions, CLARA documentation, and Authority-to-Operate requirements.
  • Oversee SAP HR/time solutions including configuration, testing, functional specifications, data migration, and support for global implementations.
  • Guide issue resolution, risk management, and delivery excellence across a complex, multi-system ecosystem.
  • Influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, standards, and system capabilities.


What YOU will learn:
  • Deep understanding of global Time & Attendance operating models across U.S. and international sites.
  • Integration patterns between SAP, Workday, legacy labor systems, and enterprise payroll platforms.
  • Large-scale transformation practices in HR technology, labor reporting, and payroll harmonization.
  • Architecture and governance processes including CLARA, cybersecurity controls, and ATO documentation.
  • Enterprise leadership exposure through coordination with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Best-in-class operational resiliency and system modernization approaches within RTX.


Qualifications YOU Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Expertise in SAP CATS, time evaluation, payroll schemas, and work schedules
  • Demonstrated leadership managing complex enterprise systems, projects, and sustainment operations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and directing vendor or contractor resources
  • Proven capability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across both technical and senior business audiences.
  • Ability to work with confidential HR and payroll information while following all enterprise data-privacy policies.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Integration experience, especially with Workday.
  • Knowledge of HR privacy, compliance, and data-protection practices.
  • Experience in archiving HR or labor-related data.
  • Background supporting payroll transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience in large-scale labor/time system modernization across multiple geographies.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
