ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: - Help lead teams in the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects.
- Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
- Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft of both art direction and copywriting.
- Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech to help inform the work.
- Build relationships internally and externally.
QualificationsRequired:- Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
- Proven experience contributing to award-winning campaigns and creative work recognized by industry organizations.
- Experience with the shoot process: concepting and scripting, director search, casting, prep, time on-set managing the shoot and clients, all post-work and editing
- Creating eye-catching and unique social concepts
- Experience working with clients in the automotive industry.
- B2B Experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop ideas that generate earned media and cultural impact.

- Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
