Position: Associate Dentist

What you'll do:
  • Conduct dental examinations and assessments to evaluate patients' oral health and support the development of appropriate, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide general dental care for patients of all ages - including preventive, restorative, and basic surgical procedures - while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
  • Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to support restorative and minor surgical treatments.
  • Perform restorations (fillings), simple extractions, and other routine procedures within your scope of practice, with guidance and mentorship available for more complex cases.
  • Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance strategies to promote lifelong dental health.
  • Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using the dental software system.
  • Participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to build confidence, expand your skill set, and grow as a practitioner within a supportive family practice environment.
