What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive care while building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment planning
• Delivering restorative, preventative, and surgical dental procedures
• Administering local anesthesia and providing comfortable, patient-focused care
• Treating patients of all ages with compassion and professionalism
• Providing orthodontic and cosmetic treatment where appropriate (Invisalign experience is considered an asset)
• Educating patients on preventive oral health and long-term treatment options
• Collaborating closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation

The Role

Permanent Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No evenings. No weekends.

Compensation

We pay 45% commission on collections and Eligible candidates may also qualify for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
