Full Job Description
Panatella Dental has an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join our well-established family practice in NW Calgary with a large active patient base. Currently there is flexibility between a permanent part-time or full-time position as well as a potential for a transition from part-time to full-time after approximately 6 months. The initial part-time schedule will consist of varied shifts to support onboarding, integration into the practice, and development of a consistent patient base. Full-time scheduling will be established following the transition period. Exact days are currently flexible and to be determined, though evening and weekend shifts will be required. Interested candidates must be patient-focused, team-oriented, customer service driven, and have a great rapport with children and adults alike.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and can work independently as needed.

SCHEDULE:
  • Schedule may vary between Sunday to Saturday until the full-time position begins
  • Full-time schedule will have consistent weekly shifts, with additional coverage as needed during colleague vacations or time off
