- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) Idaho dental license
- Passion for patient-centered care and community connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- New grads and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
