Position Overview

The Associate Dentist is responsible for delivering ethical, patient-centered dental care while supporting the overall clinical success of the practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, treatment planning expertise, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
  • Perform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency exams
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
  • Provide restorative treatment including fillings, crowns, bridges, build-ups, and cosmetic procedures
  • Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and removable prosthetic treatment within clinical competency
  • Plan and restore implant cases when appropriate
  • Deliver emergency and same-day treatment when possible
Treatment Planning & Patient Education
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
  • Clearly communicate treatment recommendations, risks, benefits, and alternatives
  • Support patient understanding and case acceptance through effective communication and education
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient care
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
  • Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and state dental board regulations
  • Stay current on best practices and continuing education opportunities
Required Qualifications

  • Experience with extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and implant restorations
  • Experience with digital scanners, CBCT, digital radiography, and electronic dental records
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance
  • Interest in mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career development
