Compensation Range: This wage range $125,000 - $300,000 per year, reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality and patient comfort.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Respond effectively to dental emergencies.
- Contribute to the practice's growth through excellent service and community engagement.
Qualifications- DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
- Active Maryland state dental license
- Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
- Professional clinical experience preferred
- New and Recent graduates with Residency experience encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
