The Associate Data Conversion Consultant supports the successful migration of employees, payroll, benefits, financial, and organizational data into the Workday platform. This role works closely with implementation consultants, project managers, and clients to analyze source data, validate data quality, perform data mapping activities, and support data conversion testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of client data into Workday.
- Analyze source system data and identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
- Support data mapping exercises between legacy systems and Workday.
- Prepare and cleanse data using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Execute data validation procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of converted data.
- Participate in multiple conversion cycles, testing activities, and defect resolution efforts.
- Document data conversion requirements, assumptions, findings, and procedures.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project team members to understand client business requirements.
The typical base salary range for this position is:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00
The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
