The Job:
As an Associate Creative Director (ACD), you will lead campaign development for one of our brands within The Shop. This role is about making the work better.
Better ideas. Simpler storytelling. Stronger execution.
You’ll lead creative teams through the ideation and production process while helping push the work past the expected and into something people care about. You know how to take a solid brief and turn it into sharp, compelling campaign ideas. You’re comfortable leading brainstorms, giving direct feedback, presenting work, and helping teams navigate the messy middle between concept and execution.
You know how to push for stronger creative without losing sight of the strategy, the audience, or the realities of the business. You build trust with teams and stakeholders because you know how to advocate for the work. This role requires a player/coach who’s comfortable shaping the work, mentoring teams, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
- Lead creative development for a brand within The Shop
- Help teams develop stronger, smarter, more distinctive creative ideas
- Guide writers and art directors throughout the creative process
- Translate strategic briefs into integrated campaign ideas across broadcast, digital, social, influencer, experiential, retail, and branded content activations
- Lead brainstorms, creative reviews, and work sessions
- Present and defend creative work to stakeholders and leadership teams with clarity and conviction
- Ensure campaign consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all touchpoints
- Partner closely with Account Management and Creative Strategy throughout the process
- Help teams navigate feedback, shift priorities, timelines, and production realities while protecting the integrity of the work
- Ensure campaign work stays strategically grounded, on-brand, and creatively strong across channels
- Mentor and support junior team members and help create a collaborative, high-performing creative culture
- Stay informed on culture, advertising, storytelling, and emerging creative trends and formats to keep the work fresh and relevant
The Person:

- BA Degree or HS Diploma with relevant experience
- 6+ years of creative campaigning experience required
- Experience leading creative work in an external advertising agency environment and/or in-house environment (portfolio required)
- Strong conceptual and integrated campaign development skills
- Exceptional creative judgment, storytelling, and presentation abilities
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams
- Experience developing campaign work across multiple channels and formats
- Ability to balance creative ambition, strategic thinking, timelines, and production realities
- Travel 10-15% for photoshoots and other initiatives
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite

The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
