Associate Creative Director

As an Associate Creative Directoron the Brand Marketing team, a typical day for you will include: 

  • Execute creative assets across print, digital, social media, email, light video, and other marketing channels while maintaining enterprise brand standards.

  • Translate creative direction, campaign objectives, and project briefs into polished, production-ready creative deliverables.

  • Contribute creative concepts, visual solutions, layouts, messaging ideas, and design approaches that support enterprise marketing campaigns.

  • Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final production while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

  • Apply strong design, typography, art direction, and visual communication principles across all creative work.

  • Write, edit, and refine marketing copy using established brand guidelines and AI-supported creative workflows

(Required Qualifications)

Experience:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in creative, graphic design, advertising, or marketing roles.

  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative development.

  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce production-ready creative assets.

  • 1-2 years of experience providing project leadership, mentoring, or informal supervision of creative professionals.

  • Experience working in multi-brand, franchise, or agency environments.

  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled creative technologies to support creative production.

  • Experience with video editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.

Skills:

  • Strong design, visual communication, and art direction skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, AI-enabled creative technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.

Scheduled/in- office requirements:

  • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
