Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including commercial vendor contracts, technology licensing, media rights, network infrastructure agreements, and digital advertising deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with internal business, operational, and technical teams (such as Content Acquisition, Wireless Engineering, Media Sales, and IT) to align legal strategy with business goals.
- Risk Assessment & Advisory: Provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance on contract interpretation, dispute avoidance, data privacy, consumer privacy, and intellectual property matters under the supervision of senior legal counsel.
- Operational Innovation: Utilize modern legal operations tools-including legal AI software, templates, and playbooks-to streamline contract review workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Special Projects: Assist senior attorneys with complex transactional, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters as needed.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
Skills and Qualifications:- Strong foundational skills in legal research, contract drafting, and analytical problem-solving.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal issues to non-lawyer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, telecommunications, digital media, or in-house corporate practice.

Salary RangesCompensation: $120,000.00/Year - $140,000.00/Year
