A Brief OverviewThe Associate Compensation Analyst has the opportunity to support the Total Rewards. The Total Rewards CoE develops, administers, and maintains Compensation and Benefits Programs across Stanford Health Care. The Associate Compensation Analyst will support all tasks, projects, and strategic planning across SHC and other entities.

What you will do- Maintains highly specialized knowledge of Compensation HR functions as well as collaborative departments including but not limited to ELR, Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance.
- Work closely with Compensation Consultants to ensure high level of support is provided to organization.
- Assist in design, development, and deployment for innovative HR Compensation policies, processes and programs in line with HR's function strategy and SHC's people and enterprise strategies.
- Supports change management activities within Compensation Department and TR CoE.
- Supports annual compensation ATB/merit changes to C-suite leadership by developing thoughtful and concise presentations and materials.
- Support in developing training materials for HRBPs, HR Services, and the business when deploying new programs. Contribute to thought leadership through evaluating effectiveness of HR Compensation solutions through customer feedback to drive continual improvement.
- Support continual work to harmonize HR activities with all entities including UHA, VC, etc.
- Assist department in oversight of system administration for Workday Compensation module, MarketPay, and JDXpert.
- Support project plan from discovery through implementation and change management, large-scale strategic projects.
- Design presentations for Client Meetings and Executive-level meetings.
- Provide support for TR CoE Leadership team including, but not limited to meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, project planning and tracking.
- Conducts detailed analysis via Microsoft Excel on various projects related to informing decisions for the organization.
Education Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience Qualifications- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in a professional work environment
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Table and modeling)
- Demonstrated industry expertise in key areas and experience developing and implementing HR programs
- Ability to design and use analytics to monitor deployed programs and identify proactive areas of improvements
- Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with HRBPs and HR Services
- Ability to manage a team and communicate program goals clearly
- Demonstrated customer-orientation, including ability to identify and target pain points for the business
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends and leading practice within area of expertise.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $37.82 - $49.15 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
