Responsibilities

  • Lead the pharmacy team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and protocols in line with best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Provide education and training for pharmacy staff and patients.
  • Monitor pharmacy budget and expenditures, adjusting as necessary.
