Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• State pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
• Experience in managing pharmacy operations and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of evidence-based medication management and quality improvement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee medication management to ensure safety and efficacy of treatments.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and protocols in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Provide education and training for pharmacy staff and patients.
• Monitor pharmacy budget and expenditures, adjusting as necessary.
