Position Description

We are seeking a digital-first, data-driven channel marketer to help design, execute, and continuously optimize integrated, lifecycle-led marketing programs. The role is focused on driving measurable engagement, relevance, and scale across PIMCO's Latin America and Canada client audiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, with Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Email & Marketing Automation
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Americas to stand-up and run Growth Marketing/Account Based Marketing Programs across both regions
  • Design and execute lifecycle-based email journeys and nurtures, including the automation of recurring, scalable programs.
  • Support the launch and ongoing execution of a new monthly newsletter across both regions
  • Create audiences and manage data hygiene exercises. Ensure clean, accurate client data for segmentation and personalization
  • Propose and run A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, and layouts
  • Track cohort performance (opens, CTR, unsubscribes, FTE), and recommend data driven improvements

Web & Search
  • Support in the creation, adaptation and maintenance of our web properties
  • Partner with Web/Digital to improve findability and on page SEO (metadata, headings, internal links, etc)
  • Analyze search intent and content gaps; propose experiments to increase qualified organic sessions and downstream engagement.

Organic and Paid Social
  • Partner with the Social SME to evolve how we implement our Social strategy, posting calendar and reporting. Monitor KPIs and propose adjustments or tests to improve efficiency and impact

Data & Analytics
  • Own performance readouts across email, web, social, and search-translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and optimization actions for stakeholders.
  • Build lightweight test plans (hypothesis, variant, sample, success metric) and track results to statistical significance where applicable.
  • Maintain tagging and UTM discipline to ensure accurate channel/source attribution
  • Support in implementing Marketing Analytics best practices and recommendations into channel work

Content & Digital Operations
  • Be the Point of Contact with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations to align on and deliver regional digital roadmaps/ priorities
  • Support in the maintenance and enhancement of our Content management and Sales enablement platforms (Post and Seismic)


Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or marketing-related discipline
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and account-based or growth marketing
  • Experience translating analytics and metrics into actionable insights. Curiosity about the client experience and interest in improving it through data driven insights
  • Working knowledge of marketing, sales enablement, and analytics platforms, such as Marketo, Seismic, Power BI, Google Analytics, GlobalMeet, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Salary Range: $ 87,000.00 - $ 93,000.00
