What you will doAs an Associate Brand Manager, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions with a truly national impact. Just like any entrepreneur or general manager, you will be responsible for the key drivers of business performance, such as:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand.
- Diagnosing and analyzing business performance to ensure sufficient new product tracking + post campaign reporting to inform activation planning.
- Partnering with Consumer Business Intelligence partner to uncover insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations.
- Launching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans (including pricing and merchandising strategies).
- Contributing insights on business cases inputs for longer-term innovation pipeline.
- Crafting marketing communications (eg. Sampling, Healthcare Professionals, Consumer Promotions planning, Budget management, R&D claims, etc.) and impactful media plans with external agency partners, the Content & Communications team and the Megabrand team.
- Own workflow for foundational display artwork and claims approval process as well as partner with team on forecasting inputs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Customer Strategy, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
- 2+ year of experience in brand management, marketing or operations business analytics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in a team-based environment.
- Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to travel up to 10%

What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$110.500,00 - $156.000,00
