Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

Product Launch Support & Material Development
  • Support the development of strategic product launch concepts and messaging for Government Services, championing the unique needs and nuances of this channel.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for print and digital launch communications across internal and external audiences, ensuring messaging is clear, persuasive, and on brand.
  • Own the creation and tailoring of channel-specific content and creative assets - including sales collateral, presentations, and point-of-sale materials - to optimize performance within Government Services and Signia wholesale accounts.
  • Assist in the design and execution of integrated, channel-specific marketing plans across a broad mix of tactics that support successful launches and "always-on" brand and demand objectives.
  • Coordinate creative execution of photo and video shoots as needed, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and campaign storytelling.
  • Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect Signia brand standards and deliver core product and brand messages across both Government Services and wholesale channels.
  • Manage distribution of sales collateral and marketing materials; maintain organized asset libraries and project documentation to support team efficiency.
  • Track projects against planned timelines and budgets; proactively identify risks and bottlenecks and communicate status to stakeholders


Digital Marketing Support
  • Develop and project manage digital campaigns and tactics that support Signia's sales goals, improve channel performance, and generate demand among hearing care professionals.
  • Create customer-facing email communications and coordinate distribution in partnership with the Digital team; support "always-on" content needs for the channel.
  • Manage content for relevant external web pages, gathering, organizing, and implementing copy and imagery.
  • Maintain and update Showpad to ensure content accuracy, usability, and accessibility for the sales team.
  • Contribute to the planning, writing, and distribution of customer newsletters and other recurring email communications aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals.
  • Support content development for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms as relevant to the Government Services audience and Signia wholesale partners.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; bring forward recommendations to improve channel program performance.


Event Management Support
  • Oversee the development of sales and marketing materials, messaging, and creative assets for government-focused industry events, tradeshows, and local activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to plan and manage customer events specific to Government Services, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets, communications, and on-site materials.
  • Support Signia wholesale channel events and sales meetings, coordinating the preparation of brand communications and collateral.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed to boost Signia brand presence, customer engagement, and practitioner relationships.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a brand, channel, or trade marketing capacity
  • Experience in the hearing care or broader healthcare industry is a strong plus; familiarity with government healthcare channels (VA, DoD) is advantageous
  • Demonstrated understanding of B2B buyer journeys, wholesale/channel partner dynamics, and how to develop materials that support both practitioners and their patients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong brand stewardship instincts, including a working knowledge of brand strategy, brand architecture, and ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complex timelines, and cross-functional teams with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement objectives.
  • Ability to assess marketing effectiveness using defined KPIs and metrics, and to translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills across functions and levels of the organization.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with marketing platforms (email, CRM, CMS, social), Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
