Associate Attorney to join its transactional practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate, business, and commercial lending matters while playing a meaningful role in guiding clients through high-value transactions.
The ideal candidate is an attorney who combines strong legal judgment with exceptional organization, takes ownership of their work, and can operate confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation:- $110,000-$120,000 based on experience

Responsibilities• Analyze title, survey, loan, and other transaction documents
• Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate deeds, contracts, leases, and legal agreements
• Represent clients through residential and commercial settlements
• Counsel borrowers and lenders on financing and loan documentation
• Oversee escrow/IOLTA matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Qualifications• JD from an accredited law school and Delaware Bar admission
• 2+ years of transactional law experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, lending, escrow, and real estate law
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and legal judgment
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
