Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft motions and briefs
  • Represent clients in court appearances, case evaluations, and mediations
  • Work directly with senior attorneys and clients for case strategy
  • Develop litigation skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Full Job Description
Segal McCambridge is expanding its Detroit (Southfield) office and seeking motivated Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic insurance defense and litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive responsibility, hands-on courtroom experience, and the chance to grow within a respected, fast-moving team.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Attorney at Segal McCambridge, you will:
  • Handle Michigan No-Fault (PIP), automobile negligence, trucking, premises liability, and other general liability matters
  • Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
