ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (Civil Litigation)

Join Morrison Mahoney LLP as a full-time Associate Attorney, working in civil litigation. Areas of focus include Professional Liability, Tort and Liability Defense, and Workers' Compensation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1 to 4 years' civil litigation experience and are eager to tackle complex legal challenges.

A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney

As a civil litigation Associate Attorney at Morrison Mahoney LLP, your role is dynamic and engaging, offering a perfect mix of independent responsibilities and collaborative teamwork. You will manage your own caseload from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while meticulously adhering to deadlines. Your days will be enriched by preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials, granting you invaluable courtroom experience. Collaboration is crucial in this role, where you'll engage closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to devise effective litigation strategies.
