This Associate Director will aid in the transformation and optimization of Medicare Supplement product pricing and other business processes through the application of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. This role will partner with actuarial, product, finance, and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase analytical capabilities, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong actuarial and business acumen with demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other advanced technologies. This individual will help develop and scale innovative tools, workflows, and analytical frameworks that streamline annual pricing, forecasting, reporting, and operational processes while driving measurable business value.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, data science, predictive analytics, or related quantitative disciplines
- 3+ years of experience developing automation, process optimization, or advanced analytical solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes
- Proven experience applying AI and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to solve complex business problems
- Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions for business users
- Proven excellent collaboration, communication, and change leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:- ASA, FSA, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Experience with health insurance pricing
- Experience with Medicare

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
