Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with complex MEP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee workforce planning and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with large-scale MEP projects in facilities like data centers and airports.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing relationships with clients and trade partners.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes (preferred).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and energy control systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP systems installation to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors during all construction phases.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and QA/QC programs.
• Manage punch lists and troubleshoot field engineering issues, resolving challenges promptly.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring operational systems meet performance goals.
• Collaborate throughout the project lifecycle for seamless delivery from pre-construction to close-out.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
