Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects in an electronic development environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or Business Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, with experience in Critical Path and Earned Value analysis.
• Proven ability to oversee performance, budget, and schedule throughout project life cycles.
• Familiarity with ISO-9001 certification processes, including surveillance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and financial structures.
• Collaborate with Contract Management to set up budgets in Costpoint.
• Generate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for projects of varying stages.
• Work with stakeholders to create labor and cost estimates for custom electronic systems.
• Maintain and update project schedules in MS Project, ensuring progress aligns with project plans.
• Collect cost information and manage purchase requisitions for project deliverables.
• Assist in tracking and prioritizing procurement activities and inventory management.
