Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement or Director of Special Education endorsement and school social worker, Speech Pathologist or Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) Endorsement; proven commitment to student academic, social and emotional growth; ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, staff and community; expertise in special education laws, procedures and writing legally defensible IEPs and strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

    COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $108,000-$115,000 depending on educational background and experience.
