• Prepare bid comparisons and recommendations for review by project leadership.

• Build strong, productive relationships with subcontractor partners.

Support Estimates and Procurement

• Support conceptual budgets, milestone estimates, and guaranteed maximum price proposals.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and validate estimates to support budget development and subcontractor bid verification.

• Identify value engineering opportunities, cost-saving alternatives, procurement risks, and key cost drivers within assigned scopes.

• Support procurement schedules, package strategies, and buyout recommendations.

• Complete detailed variance reporting and provide practical value engineering recommendations.

Partner Across the Project Lifecycle

• Contribute technical input and cost data to client presentations, estimate reviews, and proposals.

• Uphold Shawmut's quality standards in your work with internal teams and subcontractor partners.
