Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, Boston

CHANEL is looking for an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to support the execution of exceptional visual merchandising across two boutique locations outside lighthouse markets. In this role, you will bring the CHANEL brand to life through consistent, compelling, and locally relevant visual environments that uphold brand standards while supporting boutique business objectives.

Working closely with boutique teams and under a dotted-line reporting relationship to a Senior Manager or Group Director, you will coordinate visual merchandising directives, provide thoughtful feedback on execution, and help ensure each boutique delivers a cohesive and elevated brand experience.

Position Logistics
• Workplace Essential: This field-based role requires regular in-boutique presence to execute visual merchandising activities, partner with boutique teams, and ensure boutique image and brand standards are upheld.
• Responsible for supporting two smaller boutique locations outside lighthouse markets.
• Dotted-line reporting relationship to a Senior Manager or Group Director.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned boutique locations and support US launches outside of home market
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends or overnights as required to support visual installations and business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move visual merchandising materials as needed, in accordance with applicable policies and accommodations.
  • Ability to travel by airplane, train & automobile with a valid Divers License/Passport, reliable car (local travel) & car Insurance where applicable.
  • Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs


Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 through $100,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay may be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
