YOUAs an Assistant Inside Sales Manager, you will support the Inside Sales Manager in leading the department, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a "no-equal" customer experience. You'll also mentor and guide Inside Sales Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSupport Department Leadership (30%)Assist the Inside Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations, monitoring call reports, and ensuring workflow efficiency.
Team Development & Coaching (25%)Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Supervisors and team members. Provide feedback, set goals, and foster a collaborative environment.
Operational Oversight (20%)Ensure order accuracy, compliance with SOX and ISO standards, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution (15%)Address escalated customer concerns, support export documentation processes, and ensure service excellence.
Reporting & Strategic Input (10%)Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to policy and process improvements.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of related experience in sales or customer service

TRAVELThis job requires up to 5% domestic travel.
WORK STATUS & LOCATIONThis full-time, exempt, position is located in Stockton, CA. It is not eligible for remote work.

Pay$81,100 - $129,800 / year
