WHAT YOU WILL DO- The Assistant Manager, Genesis CRM will support the development and management of the Retailer CRM program, and ongoing integration of CRM communications across disciplines.
- This role will assist in day-to-day CRM marketing projects including campaigns, launches, and regular communications.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Support the Senior Manager in defining program objectives, technical integrations, and business rules.
- Organize reporting, success metrics, and stakeholder delivery.
- Develop presentations and materials to increase CRM awareness and Retailer participation.
- Provide leadership reporting with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Develop cohesive communication strategies and cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate and communicate across departments, regional teams, and vendors.
- Support management of agency partners executing CRM campaigns.
- Assist with communications, creative reviews, testing, reporting, and timelines.
- Attend briefings and support development of agency communication plans.
- Coordinate media, brand, and website teams for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Genesis Owner Marketing team on Retail sales programs.
- Champion innovation and new CRM initiatives with agency partners.
- Track CRM project status, calendars, and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate milestones with technical teams, Finance, Legal, and CSR.
- Assist with leadership presentations and reporting.
- Support strategic CRM planning with personalized, cohesive communications.
- Demonstrate problem solving, decision-making, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exercise discretion and manage workflow across GMA teams.
- Ensure agency execution aligns with strategies and resolve issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least five years of marketing and/or advertising experience.
- At least two years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Experience within automotive industry, desired.
- Agency and/or related client-side experience desired.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Luxury experience, preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team.
- Manage a high-paced environment with multiple projects and agency personnel.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with a variety of employees; executive, managerial, field, and agency personnel.
- Diplomatic and collaborative acumen, with ability to motivate partners to meet or exceed business expectations.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Project management skills with attention to detail.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU- Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000 annual base salary
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
