Facility Coordinator - JLL

What this job involves: As a Facility Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a vital supporting role in delivering exceptional facility management services to our clients. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll contribute to the seamless operation and maintenance of commercial properties while building strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in integrated facility management, where you'll be involved in everything from operational compliance and vendor coordination to customer service excellence. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Support the Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive facility operations including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and client service delivery.
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly, identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage work order systems for in-house staff and external vendors, ensuring timely and quality completion of facility requests.
  • Coordinate facility soft services such as conference room reservations, meeting preparation, food services, parking, vending, and badging systems.
  • Enforce company policies and safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and JLL operational standards.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive implementation of integrated facility management best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, actively supporting programs that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in facility management, corporate real estate, third-party service provider environment, or consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and organize competing responsibilities to achieve operational goals.
  • Proficiency with computer systems including work order management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and facility management software.
  • Strong understanding of building operations including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with KPI tracking and SLA management in a facility management environment.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of hazard control and workplace safety protocols.
  • Experience supporting soft services in corporate environments (conference services, catering coordination, access control).
  • Exposure to integrated facility management (IFM) best practices and operational innovations.


Location: Fort Collins, CO

Salary: $38.65 - $47.30

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

80,400.00 - 98,400.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
