Assistant Executive Director

Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our dynamic administration team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our residents while supporting the overall operations of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Director in managing daily operations of the assisted living community

- Support staff supervision, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
