Assistant Executive Director - Olympic Place by Bonaventure Salary from $80,170 to $82,000 No senior living experience necessary for the Assistant Executive Director. We are seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in leading our senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is a well-organized leader with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They must also have experience in sales and marketing, business office management experience, and a passion for exceptional customer support. This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Ensure resident & family satisfaction. • Direct supervision of department heads and other staff members. • Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention. • Human resources and business office duties. • Census development. • Financial oversight. • Compliance with state regulations. • Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement. • Oversee day-to-day operations. • Lead census development. In other companies, the position of Assistant Executive Director is often referred to by different titles, such as Assisted Living Administrator, Assisted Living Director, Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director of Assisted Living, Health Care Administration, and Executive Director of Senior Living. Qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one. • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents. • Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility. • Secondary Education is preferred but not required. • Must be able to comply with state vaccine requirements. • English language required. • CPR Certification (preferred). • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
