Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Location: Waterview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Waterview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. The ADON helps ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to residents while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing services
