Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN):- Help train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Ensure nursing staff follows departmental procedures and policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
