Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)(ADON), you will play a critical role on our clinical team-leading infection prevention initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices that protect the health and safety of our residents and staff. You'll help foster a supportive, welcoming environment where quality care and teamwork go hand in hand.

Assistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Schedules & Benefits:
  • Schedule: Full-time, including On-call rotation 1 time per month

Assistant Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifcations & Responsibilities:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Previous long-term care experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience managing staff required.
  • Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
  • Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration
  • Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
