Job Summary

Cultivate exceptional guest experiences while helping lead one of New York City's most iconic destinations. As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will partner with operational leadership to deliver outstanding hospitality, food and beverage service, and event execution throughout the New York Botanical Garden. You will oversee daily operations, support department managers, ensure operational excellence, and foster an inclusive environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction, financial stewardship, and team member development.
