Click here for job description Number of available positions: 1 Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required from a University with an engineering program accredited by the Accrediting Board for Engineering and Technology. Professional Engineer registration in Texas required, or must obtain within six months of appointment to position. Master's degree in associated field, Certified Floodplain Manager, Certified Construction Manager, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, preferred. Texas Class C driver's license, required. Eight (8) years of experience required in Civil Engineering, including three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in municipal or county government. Experience in management of subordinates required. Professional, supervisory, administrative, and technical knowledge and ability required in civil engineering, construction, and related fields.
