What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: - Assistant Director of Broker Engagement & Performance Management would have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field and 7+ years of experience in broker management, distribution strategy or related field, plus 3+ years of people management experience.

What You Will Do at Cambia: - Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for broker channel optimization and performance management
- Drive strategic initiatives to ensure distribution channel investments deliver proportionate value and ROI
- Design, implement, and optimize broker compensation programs and structures in partnership with technical, operations, and finance partners
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure broker effectiveness and provide regular insights to senior leadership
- Partner with Line of Business leaders, market sales teams, and key stakeholders to align broker strategies with organizational objectives
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization while ensuring competitive positioning and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for market and sales leaders to align distribution efforts with respective strategies
- Identify, scale, and execute best practices through engagement and performance management initiatives

The expected hiring range for the Assistant Director, Broker Strategy & Performance Management is
$136,000 - $ 184,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history. Bonus target (if applicable):
15%. The full salary range for the Assistant Director, Broker Strategy & Performance Management is
$128,000 - $208,000. #LI-hybrid
