About the Role

We're currently hiring for an Assistant Department Manager, Pharmacy-a developmental leadership role designed to prepare you for future advancement into Pharmacy Manager positions.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, team development, and customer care. You'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, drive business growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements
  • Promote professionalism, ethical business practices, and a strong work ethic
  • Support efficient pharmacy operations, including staff productivity, training, and payroll management
