The Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) seeks a forward-thinking and data-driven Assistant Dean for Advancement to support the Dean in expanding partnerships, driving organizational effectiveness, and elevating the School's academic and philanthropic profile. This senior leadership role blends oversight of domestic and global projects, external engagement, advancement, and continuous improvement efforts across academic and administrative domains. The Assistant Dean serves as a trusted partner to the Dean, guiding implementation of school-wide initiatives, strengthening operational alignment, and leading cross-functional projects that enhance the School's fundraising capability, visibility, impact, agility, and efficiency. This role requires a combination of philanthropic experience, organizational intelligence, performance management, cross-sector collaboration, operational acumen, and strong relationship-building skills, including at the international level.
